My mum is going to be just absolutely gob-smacked at the real true likeness of the portrait, it's almost as if he's been bought back to life again! Once again, may I commend you on the great all round service that you have offered. 
I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks and mention you to my vet!! The instructions are great to have also, so we'll follow them.

We gave mum one of the cards first ~ she opened it an promptly burst into tears, closely followed by everyone else in the room!!  She then opened the actual picture and was just absolutely delighted with it, she said: It's just so Tiny, he's been brought back to life. A big thank you once again... Keep up the good work!
