Photos
Please send your photo(s) by email or post to the above address. If
this is likely to be more than 2 weeks, please confirm your order by email so
I can continue to hold you a place. I prefer to work on commissions in the
order I recieve photos, so I'll be able to give you a definite completion date
as soon as they arrive.

Preview
I’ll contact you again when your portrait is ready to preview on my website,
www.portraits4pets.com. This is to ensure you are happy it’s a good likeness
prior to payment and dispatch.

Payment
Full payment is due on completion and can be made by cheque or securely
online through WorldPay.
Your portrait will then be sent by return of post, by 'Special Delivery'
a next day service throughout the UK. Portraits are sent worldwide by
Royal Mail’s ‘Air Sure’ service.

Prices
Current prices for head studies are available from the website. All work is supplied
to you unframed.
For all other portraits, including full length animal portraits, a personal quote can
be requested without obligation.

Terms and Conditions
Please note that by commissioning a portrait you are entering into a contract
and payment will be due on completion. A deposit may be requested at the
discretion of the artist, especially for overseas and multiple orders.
You must be over 18 to place an order without parental consent.

If you have any questions, comments (or ideas as to how this service can
be improved!) please contact me at any time, quoting your pets name or order
number. I'll make every effort to get back to you the same day.
