Breed Information - Siberian Huskies

The Siberian Husky is quicky, athletic, agile and strong. Allthough smaller and lighter than some other breeds of sledge dogs, siberian huskies are tireless workers.

Siberian Huskies were developed by the Chukchi people of northeast Asia in the 1800's for pulling sledges. They have a dense wooly undercoat protected by a tougher outer coat providing excellent insulation against the harsh climatic conditions of Siberia.

This graceful breed is also known as the Arctic Husky
